What We're Looking For

• A licensed Utah agent with some production who wants more consistent opportunity flow
• A responsive professional prepared to work new inquiries promptly and persistently
• A coachable agent willing to practice conversion skills and follow a defined process
• A disciplined communicator who records activity and next steps in the CRM

Core Responsibilities

• Generate business independently and work team-based lead opportunities when available
• Respond quickly, qualify prospects, and schedule buyer or seller consultations
• Follow up consistently across different stages of readiness
• Track lead source, conversations, appointments, and next actions in MoxiWorks
• Participate in live training, roleplay, coaching, and conversion accountability
• Represent clients professionally through negotiation, contract, and closing
