We’re looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join our talented Interiors team in Park City. This is a high-impact role for a creative leader who thrives on guiding sophisticated residential projects from concept to completion.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the full interiors scope on multiple luxury residential projects, from concept and design development through furniture installation and project closeout
• Develop inspiring design concepts, refined finish palettes, and curated furniture selections that perfectly reflect client vision and architectural intent
• Create and review detailed interior drawings, elevations, and specifications in close coordination with Architecture and Construction teams
• Be the primary client-facing designer, delivering confident, creative, and professional presentations and communications
• Mentor and guide Interior Designers and Lead Interior Designers on the team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top vendors, reps, and artisans to source exceptional furnishings, finishes, and custom pieces
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables with precision
• Oversee furniture installations and participate in construction walk-throughs

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in high-end residential interior design
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit (required)
• Experience with Studio Designer (preferred), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), and SketchUp/Enscape/Lumion (a plus)
• Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills
• Exceptional communication and client presentation abilities
• A true passion for luxury design, materials, furniture, and creating spaces that feel both beautiful and deeply personal
