We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Commission Based Full-Desk Recruiters to join our team. The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates, and complete write-up of prospective candidates, to conducting phone/video interviews, managing the deal process, and closing deals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and be familiar with sourcing candidates as well as various recruitment tools and strategies.

Must be a people person and a self-starter!

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone/video screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for our clients open positions
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and track progress throughout the recruitment process
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings on selected candidates
• Extend job offers to successful candidates and negotiate compensation packages
• Maintain relationships with current and future clients
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Recruiter or Corporate Recruiter
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (PC Recruiter, Salesforce, Bullhorn)
• Familiarity with talent management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of HR sourcing strategies and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates

Employee Satisfaction

• Full commission at 40%,45%, & 50% of our service fees - average $12,000/closed deal (Recruiters are closing 18 deals their first year!)

-If you apply yourself, it is a reasonable expectation to make $150,000+ your first year.
