Manager, Marketing Performance and Insights

KPMG is looking for an experienced Manager, Marketing Performance and Insights to join our team and drive excellence in marketing performance and insights.

In this role, you will lead the strategic development and implementation of best-in-class measurement and analytics capabilities to inform decision-making and optimize marketing performance.The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing performance and insights and a strong understanding of marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement best-in-class marketing performance and insights measurement and analytics capabilities.

Provide strategic guidance, oversight, and direction on marketing performance and insights projects.

Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies to optimize marketing performance.

Utilize data-driven decision-making to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Analyze and interpret marketing performance data to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.

Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing performance and insights objectives.

Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in marketing performance and insights.

Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Manage and mentor team members to ensure high performance and development.
