A growing accounting environment is seeking a Bookkeeper / Staff Accountant to support a high-volume workload. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering strong potential for long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle accounts payable processing
• General ledger coding and transaction posting
• Bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with payroll tax filings
• Manage multiple accounts in a deadline-driven setting

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of debits & credits and their impact on financial statements
• Experience with accounting software and Excel
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage high volume and multiple deadlines
