We're open to a range of experience levels:

Legal Assistants with 2+ years of experienceLitigation Paralegals with 3+ years of litigation experienceFirst-party property, insurance defense, association, or construction experience is a bonus, not a requirement. If you bring the right mindset, we'll teach you the rest.
