The role of Housekeeping Supervisor at Hilton is pivotal to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction that the brand represents. This position entails supervising the housekeeping team, including Room Attendants and Housepersons, to ensure that all guest rooms and public areas meet rigorous quality standards.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead by example, train staff, and evaluate performance to uphold Hilton’s commitment to excellence.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing room readiness by assigning tasks, inspecting completed work, and promptly addressing any discrepancies. Operational logistics are also under your purview, including managing work schedules, payroll documentation, stock room and cart inventories, and administering the lost and found program.

Collaboration is key; you will coordinate maintenance needs by partnering with Engineering and Property Operations teams to resolve repair issues swiftly.

Flexibility and hands-on involvement are critical to success in this role. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will support housekeeping operations directly when necessary by performing Room Attendant and Houseperson duties, ensuring service levels are consistently maintained.
