Sales Manager / VP of Sales Track | Timeshare Exit (In Person, Orlando)

Alpha Timeshare Consultants (A+ BBB rated) gets owners out of their timeshare contracts. In-office floor at 5104 N Orange Blossom Trl, Orlando. Inbound leads. We are hiring the person who makes closers better, not a spreadsheet executive.

This is a VP-track seat. You start as the floor's Sales Manager: live drills, call teardowns, script surgery, side-by-side closes on real files. You inherit a working closer desk on 7-25% commission and your one job is raising per-rep production month over month. Hit your numbers and the VP of Sales title and package are yours. We promote on production, not tenure.

What gets you the phone interview. Be ready to prove every line with receipts (CRM reports, pay stubs, or a manager who will vouch):

• You made salespeople money in timeshare exit or cancellation. Resort-side leaders: show us exactly how you flip the pitch when you are tearing contracts up instead of writing them.
• Name a rep you turned from average into a killer, with the before and after numbers.
• Your last 90 days include a CRM, a dialer, and at least one AI tool you actually run. Name them.
• You will do a live mock close with the CEO on the first call. If that excites you, apply. If it scares you, do not.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Second-chance shop: a record does not scare us, excuses do.

Base salary plus override on total floor production; full package discussed directly with the CEO. First interview is a 30-minute phone call. In person in Orlando after that. No remote.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
