A well-established professional services firm in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing, branding, communications, and business development initiatives. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a creative and organized marketing professional who enjoys partnering with attorneys, executives, and leadership teams to drive visibility, client engagement, and continued growth.

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping the firm’s marketing strategy while managing day-to-day campaigns, digital presence, events, collateral, and business development support. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the firm’s website, SEO strategy, social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and online brand presence.
• Create and coordinate newsletters, blogs, client communications, presentations, brochures, proposals, RFPs, and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate client events, seminars, sponsorships, speaking engagements, networking opportunities, and business development initiatives.
• Maintain attorney biographies, professional photos, marketing databases, CRM records, and the annual marketing calendar.
• Monitor campaign performance, marketing analytics, and engagement metrics to improve results and support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with attorneys, leadership, vendors, consultants, and public relations partners on rankings, awards, media relations, and thought leadership opportunities.
