Develop and implement educational programs and activities for pediatric patients in the hospital setting.

Monitor and track patient progress and adjust learning plans accordingly.

Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient education sessions and progress.
Advocate for patients' educational needs and work with school systems to facilitate continued learning during hospitalization.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and provide recommendations for patient care and education.
Collaborate with community resources and organizations to provide additional support and resources for patients.
Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of educational programs and techniques.
Serve as a positive role model for patients and promote a love for learning.
Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Attend trainings, workshops, and conferences related to child development and education to enhance skills and knowledge.
