Learning Specialist I-Behavioral and Endocrine Float-Orlando Health Physician Associates

Develop and implement training programs: The Learning Specialist will be responsible for creating and delivering effective training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals at Orlando Health Physician Associates.

Conduct training sessions: The Learning Specialist will be responsible for conducting training sessions for new and existing team members, covering topics related to behavioral and endocrine health.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals: The Learning Specialist will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to identify training needs and create customized programs to address those needs.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices: The Learning Specialist will continuously research and stay informed on industry trends and best practices in behavioral and endocrine health, and incorporate them into training programs.

Evaluate training effectiveness: The Learning Specialist will regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback from participants, and make necessary improvements to ensure continuous improvement.

Provide ongoing support and coaching: The Learning Specialist will provide ongoing support and coaching to team members as they apply new skills and knowledge in their daily work.

Maintain training materials: The Learning Specialist will be responsible for developing and updating training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other resources.

Foster a culture of learning: The Learning Specialist will promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the organization, encouraging team members to take advantage of training opportunities.

Collaborate with other departments: The Learning Specialist will work closely with other departments, such as HR and Quality Improvement, to identify training needs and develop programs to address them.

Represent Orlando Health Physician Associates: The Learning Specialist will represent Orlando Health Physician Associates in a professional manner and maintain positive relationships with external partners and vendors involved in training initiatives.
