Your Role

As a Buyer Specialist, you'll continue doing what you do best while leveraging additional support to grow your business.Your responsibilities include:

• Working with buyer and seller clients throughout the transaction
• Conducting buyer consultations and property showings
• Attending listing appointments
• Negotiating offers and purchase contracts
• Managing transactions from contract to closing
• Building relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Implementing marketing strategies to increase visibility
• Staying informed on Florida market conditions and pricing trends

Qualifications

Required

• Active Florida Real Estate License
• 2–5 years of residential real estate sales experience
• Consistent transaction and closing history
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Desire to continue growing your business

Preferred

• Buyer Specialist experience
• Knowledge of the Florida real estate market
• CRM and lead management experience
• Marketing and relationship-building skills
