Compensation

$125,500 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions with professionalism and integrity.
• Conduct thorough property evaluations and prepare accurate listing and purchase agreements.
• Follow up with leads promptly and maintain up-to-date CRM tools to ensure seamless communication.
• Maintain strong, open lines of communication with clients, partners, and internal teams to foster trust and collaboration.
• Stay coachable, accountable, and growth-minded by actively participating in training and mentorship programs.
• Utilize our proven systems to convert high-intent leads into successful transactions.
• Coordinate and conduct property showings, ensuring clients have a comprehensive understanding of their options and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential real estate transactions, representing both buyers and sellers.
• Ability to conduct thorough property evaluations and prepare accurate listing and purchase agreements.
• Proven track record of following up with leads promptly and maintaining up-to-date CRM tools.
• Strong communication skills to maintain open lines with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Growth mindset with a commitment to staying coachable and accountable through training and mentorship.
• Ability to utilize proven systems to convert high-intent leads into successful transactions.
• Experience in coordinating and conducting property showings, ensuring clients understand their options.
