Compensation

$85,000 - $186,400 yearly

Responsibilities

• Follow up with leads to increase sales * Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs, and close the deal * "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers * Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood * Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process

Qualifications
