Han's Laser is a global leader in industrial laser technology and intelligent manufacturing solutions. Founded in 1996, the company develops and manufactures advanced laser equipment, automation systems, and precision manufacturing solutions serving industries including electronics, semiconductors, automotive, new energy, medical devices, and consumer products.

We are expanding the North American semiconductor equipment market, plan to establish a small sales and service office in the United States. The office will be responsible for customer development, business cooperation, and after-sales service.

For the optical fiber industry, potential customers will include telecommunications operators, data center operators, cloud computing and storage companies, optical cable manufacturers, power communication companies, and defense and specialized communications customers.

Operating Model

U.S. Sales Team + China Technical Team

The China headquarters will serve as the primary R&D and manufacturing center, while the U.S. office will function as the North American market hub.

About the position

Sales Manager is responsible for customer development in North America, business negotiations, marketing activities (including trade shows and exhibitions), and contract negotiations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Fluent in English
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience
• Familiarity with sales processes in the optical communications industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications operator procurement, data center project sales, optical cable sales, or enterprise account development
• Experience participating in international trade shows and exhibitions
• Existing customer relationships with one or more of the following:
• North American telecommunications operators
• Data center developers and operators
• Cloud service providers
• Network equipment manufacturers
