About the Role

We're looking for a Field and Digital Marketing Manager to drive our brand visibility and lead generation across live events, social, and email.

This is a hands-on, highly cross-functional role at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and our customers. You'll own the programs that put LandingAI in front of the developers and enterprise buyers who matter most — from the conference floor to the social feed to the inbox — building our brand presence and generating high-quality pipelines across channels.

This is a role for someone who enjoys building from the ground up. You'll run our presence at industry events and hackathons, own our voice across LinkedIn, X, and Reddit, turn customer conversations into compelling stories and social proof, and design the email nurture programs that keep our pipeline warm.

You'll build AI-powered marketing automations using Claude and other AI tools to eliminate repetitive work, scale execution, and continuously improve how marketing operates. Through experimentation, data, and AI-native workflows, you'll help the team move faster and smarter.

From live events and social to lifecycle marketing and customer storytelling, you'll shape how LandingAI reaches and engages the people building with Agentic Document Extraction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run conferences, hackathons, and webinars, including on-site operations, and work with Sales on event follow-up and pipeline.
• Own LandingAI's presence across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and new channels, growing engagement and reach in our brand voice.
• Build and improve automated email programs using audience segmentation and AI-powered personalization.
• Interview customers and turn those conversations into stories, quotes, and social posts.
• Collect and publish customer reviews, testimonials, and ratings across relevant platforms.
• Develop and continuously improve AI-native marketing workflows using Claude and emerging AI tools to accelerate research, campaign execution, and operational efficiency.
• Measure campaign performance, attribution, and pipeline impact using dashboards, analytics, and experimentation.
• Partner with Sales and Product to keep campaigns aligned with current messaging and market priorities.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology marketing.
• Strong writing and interviewing skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proven judgment managing brand social accounts (LinkedIn, X, Reddit) across platforms.
• Experience running in-person events end to end, including on-site operations at conferences or similar.
• Experience building and running email marketing programs, including segmentation and nurture flows.
• Experience building AI-powered marketing automations using Claude, APIs, Zapier, n8n, or lightweight scripting to improve marketing workflows and execution.
• Experience improving AI-generated content rather than relying on first drafts.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and experience measuring marketing performance.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• A builder mindset with a willingness to create processes where none exist.
