We provide reliable financial management, bookkeeping, and accounting services to small and medium-sized businesses. Due to continued growth, we are currently looking to hire three experienced Bookkeepers / Accountants to join our team.

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented professionals with strong bookkeeping and accounting backgrounds. Candidates must have at least 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience and solid QuickBooks knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple business clients
• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
• Manage Payroll and Sales tax accounts
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing
• Ensure financial records are accurate and compliant
• Communicate with clients regarding financial information when needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Strong QuickBooks experience (Desktop and Online)
• Knowledge of bookkeeping processes and financial reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience working in an accounting firm or managing several clients
• Knowledge tax preparation is a plus

Work Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday to Friday
• 9am to 5pm
