Role Description This full-time Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area, with a mix of on-site property visits, client meetings, and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, advising clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential properties, and conducting property showings and open houses.

The role involves preparing and reviewing contracts and disclosures, coordinating property marketing activities, and communicating regularly with clients to guide them through each step of the transaction. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with property management staff, use MLS and brokerage tools, maintain accurate records, and stay informed about local market trends, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a current Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate practices in Nevada.
• Candidates should possess strong Sales skills and the ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
• Candidates should possess experience with Real Property transactions, including listing, purchasing, and leasing activities.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication and client satisfaction.
