About the Opportunity

We are seeking a versatile, high-energy Marketing Manager to lead growth across a diverse portfolio - ranging from heavy-duty Hydraulic and Hand Tools to lifestyle Consumer Goods (Coffee Mugs, Pet Supplies, Kitchenware). The ideal candidate is a "Creative Scientist" who can pivot between B2B industrial technicalities and B2C social trends.

You will own the full funnel: from high-impact influencer partnerships and TikTok/IG content creation to Shopify optimization and AI-driven workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Strategy: Develop and execute growth roadmaps for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok to drive high-intent traffic to our Shopify & Amazon stores.
• Influencer & Affiliate Marketing: Identify, vet, and manage 50+ monthly influencer relationships to gain viral exposure and sustainable brand authority.
• Content Production: Lead hands-on Video and Photo Editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva) to create "thumb-stopping" short-form video content.
• AI Integration: Implement Generative AI tools for rapid copywriting, image generation, and creative testing.
• Shopify Management: Optimize Shopify Store Design, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to maximize ROAS.
• B2B & B2C Synergy: Tailor messaging for technical buyers in the Hand Tool/Hydraulic Tool while maintaining a "lifestyle" feel for our consumer brands.
• Paid Ads - Create high performing ad campaigns that deliver strong ROI (IG, Reels, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, google, Bing, etc.)
• Trade Show planning and coordination with in-house teams, vendors, and partners
• Live Stream & Social Commerce Execution: Launch and anchor live stream shopping events directly from our warehouse or showroom. Act as the on-camera brand expert to showcase product features, demonstrate hydraulic/hand tools, and engage live audiences to drive immediate conversions and real-time sales.

Requirements

• 8+ Years of Marketing Experience: Proven track record of scaling brands in the USA market.
• Content Mastery: Expert-level skills in Short-Form Video (Reels/TikTok) and social media storytelling.
• Technical Editing: Proficiency in video/photo editing software is a must.
• AI Literacy: Experience using AI to automate content workflows and improve marketing efficiency.
• Shopify Expertise: Familiarity with Shopify themes, app integrations, and backend management.
• Data-Driven: Deep understanding of GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Business Suite metrics.
• Industry Flexibility: Ability to speak the language of both a "Mechanic" and a "Home Chef."
• High level of creative thinking while managing multiple projects
• Excellent problem solver and calm under pressure
• Ability to learn and communicate technical information
• Self-motivated performer with a solid track record of building strong brands
• Excellent written and oral communication/presentation abilities
• Strong time management skills
• Degree in Marketing or relevant field a plus
• Automotive or Industrial Distribution Experience a plus
• On-Camera Presence & Digital Charisma: Comfortable, articulate, and engaging on-camera. Proven ability to conduct live product demonstrations and connect authentically with both B2B professional tool users and B2C audiences.
