Training Specialist - Lifeline

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and mission-driven specialist to support training and education efforts for all Lifeline team members. This role serves as the first point of contact for new employees on day one of orientation and provides essential support across all three education divisions: ALS/BLS, Critical Care, and Paramedic/EMT programs.
With a strong emphasis on systems fluency, data management, compliance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration, the Training Specialist plays a key role in preparing every new Lifeline team member to succeed.

Reports to: Manager - Lifeline
Direct reports: None
Shift: Full time, Monday – Friday, onsite
Location: Indianapolis, IN
