• Create and edit training guides from

content provided by subject matter experts.

• Write, edit, and disseminate

communications to end users and stakeholders.

• Assist in developing training and

training material for systems of record.

• Facilitate webinars by monitoring chat,

sharing document links, and troubleshooting access issues.

• Assist adult learners in physical

classroom trainings.

• Assist with equipment set up and testing

activities for classroom trainings.

• Assist with administrative tasks

associated with training registration.

• Monitor group mailboxes and respond to

stakeholder questions.

Work with subject

matter experts and engage in independent research to develop subject matter

knowledge relevant to assigned projects and curricula

Required/Desired Skills
