Job Description

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prepare and present reports on customer trends and feedback to management.
• Coordinate with the sales team to address customer-specific needs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Relationship Manager should have

• Experience in customer service within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
