Job Title: Digital Product Owner (NBCJP00007816)

Duration: 12 Months (Renewable)

Location: 800 rue St-Jacques, Montreal, Quebec, J4H 3C9

Remote work: Hybrid, 2 days a week in the office

Bilingualism: English / French Fluent

Your Role

Act as an Agile Product Owner for complex projects that translate into technical features within the Digital Studio.

Collaborate with the Digital Experience Lead to deliver initiatives and contribute to the solution development roadmap.

Develop, manage, and prioritize the backlog based on the value and impact of initiatives.

Ensure technical teams understand acceptance criteria and expected deliverables.

Lead multidisciplinary project teams while maintaining a focus on customer value and the contribution to the Bank, from both business and technological perspectives.

Drive continuous improvements to optimize products and meet current and future needs.

Prerequisites

Approximately 3–5 years of experience delivering solutions as a Product Owner (PO)

Knowledge of the digital product landscape across both web and mobile channels

Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) or equivalent tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent stakeholder management capabilities
