Our client, a renowned law firm, is seeking a Coordinator to oversee legal staff and professionals (Legal Assistants and Paralegals) at its Montreal office.

As a Coordinator, you will work within a national structure and with the support of a Law Partner, Practice Group Leader in Montreal.

You will play a key role in ensuring the well-being and productivity of everyone on a daily basis, both in managing workloads and in providing job coaching and mentoring (recruitment, onboarding, training, career management, performance evaluations), and you will serve as a positive leader to foster harmonious working relationships between legal professionals and their support staff.

The candidate must have an excellent understanding of the roles of Legal Assistants and Paralegals, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and possess a high level of bilingualism, both in writing and speaking.

The ideal candidate must have some experience in legal talent management, either as a Legal Assistant or a Paralegal, within a law firm.
