We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grill Cook to join our culinary team. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking various grilled items while ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items on the grill according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature for safety and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, including proper food handling practices.
• Assist in meal preparation by chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling ingredients.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to kitchen management.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is essential.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices is required.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
