Note

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to support high-volume recruitment across TC Energy's operational business units. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing top talent, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while managing multiple concurrent requisitions.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in high-volume recruiting, stakeholder management, candidate sourcing, and enterprise ATS platforms, with the ability to independently manage a fast-paced recruitment portfolio.

✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or corporate)
• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment and multiple concurrent requisitions
• Strong candidate sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Recruiter, referrals, and other sourcing channels
• Experience screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Experience using Workday or another enterprise Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Strong hiring manager partnership and stakeholder relationship management skills
• Excellent candidate engagement and customer service skills
• Strong organization, prioritization, and time management abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with HR partners and cross-functional business teams
• Eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship
• Able to work a hybrid schedule in Calgary (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday onsite)

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer management
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Recruiter, referrals, and networking channels
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques
• Maintain candidate pipelines and manage requisitions using Workday or a comparable ATS
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process
• Manage multiple concurrent requisitions while meeting hiring timelines
• Collaborate with HR partners to achieve business hiring goals
