A day in the life

• Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and guests with professionalism and warmth
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
• Create a welcoming and positive experience for employees, visitors, and executive guests
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and general reception duties
• Coordinate front desk activities and maintain a professional reception area
• Assist with office administration and support requests as needed
• Utilize internal systems, including ticketing platforms, to manage day-to-day office requests
• Build positive working relationships with leadership and contribute to an exceptional office experience
• You bring:
• Previous reception, front desk, or customer-facing administrative experience
• Professional, polished, and confident communication skills
• A naturally friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
• Strong ability to build rapport with visitors, employees, and senior leaders
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate workplace technology
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine interest in a long-term reception-focused career path
