Duties

• Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster teamwork and high performance
• Manage food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and safety protocols
• Assist in meal preparation during busy service times to meet customer demand efficiently
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and minimize waste through effective stock management

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
• Strong knowledge of food handling safety practices and sanitation standards
