Receptionist/Customer Service Representative

Overview

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional front desk support, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a positive experience for clients and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and experience in customer service environments, including wholesale or inventory systems being an asset. Reception & Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
• Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
• Process customer requests and communicate updates as needed

Administrative & Office Support

• Enter accounts payable invoices and record payments accurately
• Create and enter purchase orders
• File and maintain invoices and other office documents
• Correspond with vendors and customers regarding orders, invoices, and account inquiries
• Update inventory items, product information, and inventory codes
• Perform general administrative duties to support daily office operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Experience with accounting or ERP software is an asset
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
