Receptionist (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for a maternity leave coverage receptionist to join to our team. Hours are Monday-Friday mornings. Hours are flexible and can range from 20-30 hours per week.

We are looking for a temporary position for a maternity leave coverage starting in mid-August. There is the potential for transitioning to permanent depending on the needs of the business and will be re-evaluated at the end of the leave.

This position requires exceptional customer service skills including strong verbal communication in person and over the telephone, computer literacy, the ability to multitask, and memory for detail. Training will be given but a knowledge of physiotherapy and Jane software would be a strong asset.
