As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Purchaser/Shipping/Receiving Coordinator.

Position Overview

As Junior Procurement and Logistics, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to our customers and projects. You will be responsible for purchasing materials and supplies, coordinating shipments, and managing inventory to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchasing & Procurement:
• Assist in the purchasing process by gathering supplier quotes and placing purchase orders.
• Track and monitor open orders, following up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Review packing slips and invoices, matching them against purchase orders to resolve discrepancies.
• Shipping & Receiving:
• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving, ensuring all incoming and outgoing goods are processed accurately.
• Prepare shipping documents (bills of lading, packing slips, customs forms) for domestic and international shipments.
• Maintain an organized inventory of warehouse and office supplies.
• Admin & Paperwork:
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems for purchase orders, vendor contracts, and shipping receipts.
• Answer emails and phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Provide general administrative support, including data entry, copying, and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. (A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or Administration is a plus).
• Proficiency with computers, including the MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of inventory control or warehousing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
