Location: The Horizon Bangsar South City, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm), May work outside working hours and extended hours due to time zone difference and business need (UK, India, AUS, NZ, Europe)

Employment Type: 6 months contract with PERSOLwith possible extension based on project needs

Work Arrangement: Hybrid 60/40

Salary range

RM8,000 - RM11,300 (based on experience & qualification)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of customer-centric digital products. In this role, you will define product vision and strategy, manage product roadmaps, prioritize features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive customer value and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Prioritize product backlogs using customer insights, business priorities, and commercial impact
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and product specifications
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions
• Drive product lifecycle activities from ideation, development, launch, and continuous improvement
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and business outcome
• Lead product reviews and communicate progress, risks, and key milestones to stakeholders and leadership teams
• Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI assessments to support product investments
• Champion customer experience, including UI/UX design, user journeys, and digital engagement
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and work closely with delivery teams to remove blockers and accelerate delivery

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in: Digital Product Management, Product Ownership, Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, Product Development & Agile Project Delivery
