We are seeking a visionary, execution-focused Senior Product Manager to lead our International Public Safety and Mission Critical Broadband Push-to-talk Services (MCX) portfolio across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

Job Description

In this role, you will navigate highly complex, multi-national requirements to deliver subscription-based broadband communication software for global first responders. You will act as the strategic product owner for our international telecommunications carrier and Network Operator relationships, building scalable, cloud-based architectures that integrate seamlessly across borders.

Key Responsibilities Global Product Strategy

• Define the MCX subscription software roadmap for international markets, balancing the need for a unified global cloud platform with highly localized vertical requirements.
• Requirements & Agile Execution: Write comprehensive product requirements, Epics, and detailed user stories, translating global market needs into actionable deliverables for continuous software deployment.
• Subscription Growth & Lifecycle: Architect software packaging and feature delivery models that drive long-term customer value, rapid user adoption, and international subscription growth.
• International Carrier Management: Act as the primary product owner for all international MNO partnerships, driving technical alignment, network integrations, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Regulatory & Standards Navigation: Ensure the software portfolio adapts to and complies with complex, country-specific mission-critical regulations, data sovereignty laws, and global 3GPP standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with commercial strategy, engineering, and portfolio operations teams to optimize international SaaS pricing models and ensure seamless cross-border product launches.
• Customer Discovery: Engage directly with international Ministries of Interior, public safety agencies, and strategic partnerships to translate varied global workflows into precise software requirements.

Basic Requirements Qualifications Experience

• 5–8+ years of global product management experience, specifically launching and scaling subscription-based software (SaaS) in EMEA, APAC, or LATAM markets.
• Carrier/Telecom Expertise: Demonstrated success working directly with international telecom operators, managing joint technical roadmaps and massive ecosystem partnerships.
• Technical Fluency: Strong background in cloud software architectures, global cellular network (LTE/5G) integration, push-to-talk (PTT) over broadband, and interoperability frameworks.
• Strategic Agility: Exceptional ability to thrive in ambiguity, ruthlessly prioritizing features across competing regional demands and complex international business cases.
• Global Mindset: Outstanding communication skills to engage with customers, government officials, and carrier partners.
