Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative & Marketing Executive to support day-to-day office operations and assist in marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events
• Coordinate internal and external communications
• Support team members with documentation, reporting, and scheduling
• Liaise with local and regional teams as needed

Requirements

• Local Malaysian candidate preferred
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• 1–3 years of experience in administration or marketing support
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Positive attitude, proactive, and team-oriented
