Personal Assistant To Executive Chairman (Chinese Female)

Puncak Niaga Group seeking a professional and proactive Personal Assistant for Top Management.The ideal candidate is confident, well-presented, and experienced in handling executive-level support, communication, and coordination tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent administrative support including managing a team / handling logistic related matters including but not limited to appointment schedule, movement, travelling, events, etc.
• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation, and occasionally travelling with the superior to provide assistance and support.
• Coordinate and monitor team schedule, discipline and staff performance.
• Handling special request, errands and related duties.
• Perform any miscellaneous tasks as required by superior.
• Able to do multi-tasking.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners in a professional manner
• Assist in event coordination, public relations activities, and hospitality arrangements
• Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Business Administration / Public Relations or equivalents.
• More than 1-2 years working experience as Personal Assistant / Secretary to the Top Management.
• Good speaking and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin languages.
• Possessed a valid driving license (B2 & D).
• Experience in handling personal errand is a must.
• Able to handle pressure, analyze problem and come out with solutions.
• Committed with job and able to work during weekend / odd hours.
• Independent, mature and high common sense.
• Pleasant personality, independent and resourceful person.
• Able to handle pressure, analyse problem and come out with solutions.

• Excellent personality, communication, and PR skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Able to travel (domestic and international)
• Golf skills will be considered an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
