Manage the CEO / CTO's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily priorities.

Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, reports, and confidential documents.

Coordinate cross-functional projects, track action items, and monitor progress using project management tools.

Conduct market research, business analysis, and prepare presentation materials to support strategic initiatives.

Coordinate corporate meetings, business events, and liaise with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.

Handle confidential matters and provide executive support for business-related projects and ad-hoc assignments.

Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu to effectively communicate with multilingual stakeholders.

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Project Coordinator, HR Business Partners, IT Project Manager.

Basic knowledge or exposure to the IT, software development, or Human Resources industry is an advantage.

Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or ************* own transportation, familiar with the Klang Valley area, and willing to travel or support occasional after-office and weekend business engagements when required.
