1. Executive & Calendar ManagementManage the CMO’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.

Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare necessary materials.

Prioritize appointments and manage scheduling conflicts.

Provide reminders on meetings, deadlines, and key commitments.2. Administrative SupportHandle emails, correspondence, phone calls, and communications.

Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.

Maintain filing systems and confidential records.

Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.3. Travel & LogisticsArrange flights, accommodation, transportation, and travel itineraries.

Prepare travel documents and business trip arrangements.

Coordinate airport transfers and travel logistics.

Manage travel expense claims and documentation.4. Personal SupportAssist with personal appointments and arrangements when required.

Handle confidential matters professionally and discreetly.

Coordinate reservations, gifts, and special occasions.

Provide ad-hoc support to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative, or related roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative tools.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and handle confidential information professionally.
• Excellent communication skills in Malay, English and Mandarin.
