At DCO Interior Design Sdn Bhd, we’re looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can do more than create beautiful spaces. We want someone who can lead conversations, lead people, and lead ideas from spark to execution.

Someone with vision, presence, and the flexibility to adapt when the brief shifts, the timeline moves, or the client suddenly wants “something bold, but timeless, and maybe with a bit of wow.”

If you’re creatively sharp, confident with clients, experienced in guiding a team, and know how to turn concepts into compelling presentations — you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

What You’ll Do

• Lead interior design projects from concept to completion
• Develop strong design narratives, space planning, and concept direction
• Present ideas confidently to clients and bring them along in the journey
• Manage and mentor junior designers / design team members
• Collaborate across teams to ensure design intent is carried through beautifully
• Balance creativity with practicality, detail, and deadlines
• Adapt quickly, think on your feet, and solve problems with style

Who You Are

• Experienced in a client-facing role and comfortable leading presentations
• Proven track record in managing or leading a team
• A strong communicator who knows how to align clients, teammates, and ideas
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-moving creative environment
• Confident in concept development, materiality, detailing, and spatial storytelling
• Passionate about design, but equally strong in leadership and execution

What We’re Looking For

• Several years of experience in interior design
• Strong portfolio showing built work and design thinking
• Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed project types is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant design and presentation tools
• Someone with personality, initiative, and a fresh perspective

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
