Interior Designer

・ Develop initial design ideas and acquiring key information on potential projects

・ Develop high quality conceptual design (hotels, commercial, corporate and residential)

・ Coordinate and liaise with other professionals such as architects, clients, consultants, contractors, vendors etc to ensure each project’s success

・ Discuss requirements in detail with clients; prepare detailed design drawings, design documents and materials; and set project schedules

・ Monitor and inspect assigned project sites occasionally to ensure the design construction are in accordance with the designs / plans

・ Prepare technical and drawings efficiently with minimum supervision

・ Brainstorm concepts and solutions based on creative directions

・ Support the design team with creation, details and design solutions

・ Has experience in rendering / illustration works
