SAP Service Delivery Manager

Service Delivery Manager - SAP ERP (Johannesburg) We are a South African-based medium-sized Consulting practice, and are seeking an experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager to join our company, to ensure professional, effective and efficient delivery of SAP ERP services across multiple customers.

Working within a high profile environment, the Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing consultants as well as a range of SAP ERP implementation and Support projects in a client facing environment.

You''ll typically be managing multiple projects for multiple customers around the country, and hence exceptional organizational, people management, interpersonal and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Preferred Experience and Profile of Candidate: a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science/ Information Systems, Engineering or related field 4+ years of solid functional capability in SAP ERP 2-3 years of experience in SAP delivery management 2-3 years of experience in a Sales/ Pre-sales role within the SAP environment Strong People Management skills Strong verbal and writing communication skills Willingness to travel around the country and outside The company offers a competitive market-related remuneration for the right candidate, which together with our culture, market position and prospects, makes this an exciting position.
