Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Enterprise Account Program Delivery Manager. This critical role involves engaging with Enterprise Customers, enabling internal stakeholders, and ensuring seamless Go-To-Market launches for the Customers by driving cross-functional program management initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have good business acumen, customer centricity, strong planning, organizational, analytical, and communication skills, allowing them to excel in a fast-paced environment and deliver successful outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy and operations roles with a strong bias to driving execution within large organizations as an Enterprise Account Program Delivery Manager
• Experience driving high velocity, cross-functional processes including GTM launches with Customers and Internal cross-functional teams. Proven track record of managing complex launches with multiple stakeholders in multiple markets
• Strong understanding of Sales processes and Product Go-live processes
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Office, Smartsheet etc)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate effectively
• Evidence that a pivot to FinTech and startup culture is a logical direction for you, based on your demonstrated history
• The job will require travel up to 30% of the time for customer engagements

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account expansion plans for existing Customers to launch new products and service offerings, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Work externally with enterprise customers to prepare and execute launch plans, including defining stage gates, go/no-go criteria, ramp plans, monitoring and reporting
• Collaborate internally with Product, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Sales Engineering and Customer Support teams to define, communicate and execute launch plans
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement for Customer Go-To-Market initiatives
• Track and measure the success of launches through metrics and feedback, driving continuous improvement
• Build and maintain relationships across multiple levels of the customer organisation.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor who understands the customer’s business objectives, market position and long-term goals and aligns Moments product roadmap to those priorities
