B2B Sales Executive

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading South African telecommunications and connectivity provider that has built its name on challenging the status quo - bringing fast, reliable, affordable connectivity to businesses across the country and disrupting an industry long dominated by legacy players.

We're looking for B2B Sales Executives to join their growing sales team across Johannesburg, Pretoria, and nationwide. This is a hunter role, not a farmer role. You'll be out in the field every day: prospecting, pitching, and closing new corporate, SME, and enterprise clients on connectivity and telecom solutions.

What the role involves

• Identifying, prospecting, and securing new B2B clients across your assigned territory
• Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conducting on-site client meetings, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations
• Building a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Developing tailored connectivity solutions based on client needs
• Managing your pipeline and forecasts on CRM systems

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years' proven sales experience within telecommunications or ICT
• A demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence - essential
• Strong understanding of connectivity, fibre, mobile, or fixed wireless products
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
