Property Finance Consultant

A leading property development environment seeks a commercially driven Property Finance Consultant to grow the mortgage and home loan business across Johannesburg.

The role focuses on originating and converting residential finance opportunities, building strong relationships with estate agents, developers and prospective buyers, and ensuring a seamless financing experience from application through to approval.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 with a Diploma or Degree is advantageous
• 2–5 years’ experience in bond origination, mortgage advisory, home loans or property finance sales
• Strong understanding of the residential property and mortgage market
• Existing estate agent and referral networks are advantageous

• Generate and convert new mortgage finance opportunities
• Build and maintain estate agent and developer relationships
• Guide clients through the home loan process
• Liaise between buyers, agents and internal bonds teams
• Ensure administration and client service throughout the financing process
