Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Property Broker role based across our offices throughout South Africa. The successful candidate will source, list, market, and transact commercial and industrial properties while managing the brokerage process from lead generation through to concluded lease and sale agreements.

Key responsibilities include conducting market research, advising clients on property opportunities and values, negotiating transactions, preparing proposals and legal documentation, coordinating viewings, maintaining accurate CRM and marketing platform updates, and managing a lease-expiry database to identify opportunities.

The role also requires building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and other stakeholders, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver professional, client-focused service and achieve sales targets.

The successful broker will develop specialist knowledge of their geographic area and become a trusted advisor within the commercial property market.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, influence decision-making, and successfully close deals.
• Confident negotiator with a results-driven and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to establish trust and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple deals, and meet performance targets.
• Experience in real estate and sales is highly advantageous but not required.
• Proficiency in standard office software and CRM tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and property visits.
• Your own reliable transport and a smartphone are non-negotiable.
