Hotel Manager

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to support the overall management and operational success of the resort. This role requires a hands-on hospitality professional with strong leadership capabilities, extensive hotel operations experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive operational excellence, ensure high service standards, and lead departmental teams to achieve business objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall management and day-to-day operations of the resort.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service standards across all departments.
• Lead, motivate, and develop departmental managers and operational teams.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Drive accountability and performance management throughout the business.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and financial management initiatives.
• Oversee hotel maintenance, facilities management, and operational compliance.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hospitality industry standards.
• Resolve guest concerns and operational challenges effectively and professionally.
• Foster a positive workplace culture while maintaining high-performance expectations.
• Act as the General Manager's representative when required.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Minimum of 5 years' senior management experience within the hotel or resort industry.
• Proven track record of progressing through operational hospitality roles into senior leadership positions.
• Strong exposure to multiple hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services.
• Comprehensive understanding of hotel operations and hospitality best practices.
• Hands-on maintenance and facilities management experience would be highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills.
• Ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining positive working relationships.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Energetic, mature, and professional approach to leadership.
