Candidate Profile Education

Degree in Real Estate, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Experience : Minimum 7-10 years in real estate management, with at least 5 years in hospitality/hotel sector. Skills : Strong financial modeling and investment analysis. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management. Deep understanding of hotel operations and guest experience drivers.
