Trade Support Analyst

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading investment manager with a strong international presence. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing operations team supporting complex credit investment strategies across global markets.

In this role, you'll play a critical part in managing the end-to-end trade settlement process across loans and bonds. Working closely with internal investment teams and external stakeholders, you'll help ensure trades are processed accurately, efficiently, and within tight deadlines while contributing to continuous process improvement.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the full trade lifecycle across loan and bond transactions.
• Resolve trade exceptions and settlement breaks with internal and external stakeholders.
• Process corporate actions and trade amendments accurately.
• Monitor aged unsettled trades and provide meaningful reporting and commentary.
• Build strong relationships with administrators, custodians, vendors, and investment teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

• 1-3 years relevant experience in Fixed income Middle Office roles
• Syndicated loans or corporate bond processing experience highly advantageous.
• Experience with LMA/LSTA documentation and bond settlements.
• Knowledge of Wall Street Office (WSO), ClearPar, and corporate actions.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
