My Client in Cape Town CBD is urgently looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer with deep React expertise to lead the design and delivery of high-quality, scalable user interfaces
Lead front‑end architecture decisions, champion best practices, and driveconsistency in patterns, tooling and code quality. -Design and deliver complex, scalable user‑facing features, breaking down largeproblems into maintainable components. -Architect reliable client/server state management solutions, define caching and real‑time update patterns, and collaborate effectively on API design. -Uphold high-quality engineering by setting testing standards, strengthening CI/CD,and improving observability and debugging. -Optimise performance across rendering, bundle size and Core Web Vitals, whileensuring strong accessibility and proactive improvements. -Build scalable UI systems, evolve shared design systems, and maintain consistencyacross components, flows and user experiences. -Lead incident triage, deep debugging and root‑cause analysis to improve reliabilityand resilience.
