Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic key accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell IT products and solutions.
• Develop account growth strategies that align with customer business objectives.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and deliver solution presentations and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve sales and account growth targets.
• Maintain accurate account plans, sales forecasts, and CRM records.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Key Account Manager should have

• Proven experience in Key Account Management within the IT solutions industry.
• Strong understanding of networking and broader IT solutions.
