FMCG Brand ambassador Program A.K.A Relationship manager and Merchandiser:

Brand ambassador is a charismatic and influential individual who passionately promotes and represents the brand. They embody Pringles' fun and flavorful personality, engaging with consumers to create positive brand experiences. Store negotiation, relationship maintenance, confident individual who is not afraid to approach store managers. Someone familiar with the trade Marketing world.

Basic Medical aid Included – this is included in the basic salary and you need to provide proof of medical aid.

Requirements

• Attain channel-specific availability targets
• Implement brand availability accurately across channels
• Emphasize brand equity as a primary driver for all initiatives
• Foster volume growth through innovative strategies
• Prioritize brand-driven volume increases across channels
• Foster sales through relationship management.

Promotions and Enhanced Brand Visibility

• Ensure effective execution of promotions in line with brand equity guidelines
• Promote the right brands in the appropriate channels and outlets
• Implement the National Promotions Strategy accurately
• Manage the return on investment (ROI) for promotions
• Optimize brand visibility through imagery, backroom displays, staff uniforms, menus, and specialized merchandise

Operational Excellence

• Accurately execute and update the call cycle
• Achieve a 100% call rate according to the call cycle
• Ensure correct coding of all outlets
• Fulfil all requirements during the representative's call
• Accurately complete all administrative and reporting tasks

Consumer Engagement

• Responsibly engage with consumers at every available opportunity
• Gather consumer information aligned with the brand's target market
• Provide feedback on consumer insights and expectations

Financial Asset Management

• Adhere to quantity and cycle discount parameters
• Complete and return Proof of Delivery (POD) and credit notes promptly
• Maintain and care for the vehicle responsibly
• Keep vehicle mileage within budgetary limits
• Use promotional stock responsibly

Experience and qualifications

• 3 Year Tertiary Education (Beneficial)
• 3-Years Relevant experience – NB experience within FMCG / liquor industry
• Product, service knowledge and understanding of category management
• Must have managed activations/promotions
• Knowledge of marketing and accounting principles
• Computer literate
• Ability to conceptualize and negotiate
• Customer orientation
• Sound interpersonal skills and creativity (big picture thinking)
• Team player and ability to work independently using initiative
• Endurance and ability to tolerate extended hours (Evenings) and weekends
